Privacy policy

M Mart is a brand of Mishra Enterprises, No 8-25-23, Shop, Gali No. 4, Hari Nagar, Sector 10A, Gurugram, Haryana 122001. This policy covers this website. You can reach us on +91 95600 70429 by phone or WhatsApp.

Nothing that identifies you. There are no accounts, carts or payments on this site.

The “Send us a message” form doesn't send anything to us. It opens WhatsApp with your message, and you decide whether to send it.

Like every website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP address, browser and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

When you tap “Ask on WhatsApp”, WhatsApp opens with a message filled in. Anything you send is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under WhatsApp's privacy policy, and reaches our store's WhatsApp account. We use your messages only to answer you and to keep items aside.

The map on this site loads only when you tap “Show map”, and “Get directions” opens Google Maps. From then on, Google's privacy policy applies.

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own site, so no requests go to Google just by visiting a page.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you (for example, your WhatsApp messages to us), ask us to correct or erase it, and nominate someone to act for you. You can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

For any privacy question or complaint, contact Mishra Enterprises at No 8-25-23, Shop, Gali No. 4, Hari Nagar, Sector 10A, Gurugram, Haryana 122001, or on +91 95600 70429 by phone or WhatsApp.

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top of the page.
